  • Shipping:
How long will it take my Crystal(s) to arrive?
    • We know the feeling of ordering a really cool Crystal(s) and having to impatiently wait for its arrival, so we try to get your Crystal(s) in your hands as soon as possible. We will ship your order within 1-4 business days (All orders ship on Fridays. Orders completed on Thursday after 5 pm EST will ship the following week). Once your Crystal(s) leaves our shop you can expect the arrival within 2-6 business days (2 weeks to 6 weeks for international orders).

    What shipping services do you use?

    • We currently use USPS and USP. We ship using either first class mail or priority mail depending on the size and weight of your order. If you want your crystals in a hurry we do offer express shipping for an extra price at checkout.

    Where is my tracking number and how can I track my package?

    • After your place your order, you will receive a confirmation order by email. Once we prepare your package and create a shipping label you will receive a unique tracking number via email. You may check your shipping status using your tracking number on the USPS/UPS website. If you are having trouble locating your tracking number please send us an email at Info@TheElestialTree.com or send us a message on one of our social media accounts.

     

    • Refund and Exchanges:

    I received my package but it is damaged, what can I do?

      • We are sorry to hear that, we will work with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied. We do our best to ensure your pieces are professionally packed, but we know accidents happen. We offer shipping insurance at checkout at a very affordable rate which covers damages and lost packages. However, if the shipping insurance is not purchased we are not responsible to damaged or missing packages. 

        I need to file a shipping insurance claim what do i need to do?

        • We will work with you through every step of the way to get the claim filed and your item reimbursed. If you receive a damaged item or your package is lost during shipping and you selected shipping insurance please let us know right away. 
        • All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim.
        • Please DO NOT dispose of box, packing material (peanuts, bubble wrap, wrapping paper, jewelry bags, etc), or merchandise. If a claim is filed it will require pictures of the box, shipping label, packing material, receipt, and damaged goods. Failure to provide these picture can result in the denial of the claim.

        How do I return my order and receive my refund?

        • Before you send your order back to us please contact us and we will inform you of the procedure. You will be responsible for return shipping fees. Once your items are returned to us you will receive a full refund within 7 days.

        I received my item and there is nothing wrong with it but I do not like it, can I exchange it?

        • All of our crystals and jewelry pieces are unique and one of kind. We are currently not accepting exchanges. We provide a detailed picture and descriptions of all our products, please carefully look at the pictures and read the description before purchase. If you have further questions about a product please contact us and we will happily assist you.
